This summer is all about prints and bright or contrasting colors. Everywhere I look-- magazines, stores, even on the street--I see lots of bright colored pants and designs that are clearly inspired by African and Latina American cultures. Fashion gurus are calling it the tribal trend.

Of course, I LOVE it. It makes me happy and proud. But to be honest, unless you have an unlimited budget for clothing and accessories, it does not make a lot of sense to go crazy buying many pieces.

Think about it: If you use too many tribal clothes or accessories together, you may end up looking like a piñata.

Below, a slideshow of accessories that will let you pull off the trendy tribal look for less than $25! It's a bargain, and best off all, most of the transition from day to night.

Tribal beaded bangle set

I love the contrast between the golden tones and the blue beads that remind me of a Masai warrior. For a standout, daring look, buy two and weaar one on each arm, just like an African princess.
