From the moment you realize you're expecting, you end up having super baby brain. I'm currently 5 months pregnant and know the symptoms well. You create long checklists to make sure you have everything in order for after the baby's arrival. Not to mention, your calendar is filled with doctor and sonogram appointments. With the little spare time that you do have, it's important to use it wisely and put yourself first. These tips have helped make my pregnancy more peaceful and enjoyable.
