Kim Kardashian rushed to hospital fearing a miscarriage & every mom can relate

There's a reason why they tell you to take it easy your first few months of pregnancy (especially during the first trimester), but it looks like Kim Kardashian just doesn't seem to know when to slow down. The four-month pregnant reality star was rushed to a doctor in tears on Tuesday night fearing she was having a miscarriage. Fortunately, it all turned out to be a false alarm and she and the baby are fine. But before being released, Kim was ordered to dial down her overworked lifestyle and to get more rest. After this terrifying pregnancy scare I hope she actually decides to follow her doctor's medical advice.

The 32-year-old had traveled to Paris on Sunday to join her baby-daddy, Kanye West, for a Givenchy fashion show. Mind you, this is just one of the many trips Kim has made since she became pregnant. She started feeling sick on the plane ride back and as soon as she landed called her friends with concern. She was then immediately taken to her doctor because she was afraid she was experiencing a miscarriage.

I agree there's probably nothing scarier than having a miscarriage, but with that said, Kim really hasn't taken it easy during this pregnancy at all. And with all the stress she already has on her plate like the ugly divorce battle with Kris Humphries, the last thing she should be doing is traveling the world and working around the clock. Seriously! Take it easy, lady!

"Kim's not respecting her pregnancy," a source told The New York Post. "She's running around working, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer."

It looks to me like Kim is making a desperate attempt to tame her figure. But is it really worth risking a miscarriage? Doctors say that if you were physically active before your pregnancy that it's safe for you to continue working out as long as it's in moderation. But working out 7 days straight sounds hardcore to me. Not to mention the added stress and work activities can also lead to a harmful pregnancy. I get that she enjoys the constant spotlight  but she really needs to prioritize and put her and the baby before everything else. I'm glad this was just a scary moment that turned out to be nothing, and I hope that Kim really takes care of herself from here on in!
