Beyonce gave her first live concert performance since having baby girl, Blue Ivy on January 7, 2012 and she looked FANTASTIC!
But don't go rolling your eyes and thinking that it was easy for Mrs. Jay-Z to get back into business shape. She has no qualms telling everyone how hard it was for her to lose the pounds she gained during her first pregnancy. "Y'all have no idea how hard I worked!" she told the crowd at her May 26 show. "I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce! Now tonight I'm gonna get chocolate wasted!"
Although her declaration may seem a bit dramatic the truth is that she wasn't starving herself, she was just working REALLY HARD. So, how did she get her body back in 6 months after a 60 lb weight gain?
Well, breastfeeding helped her lose weight from her waist, but she only nursed for 10 weeks. The key was really hard work outs consisting of three 90-minute cardio sessions per week, which she mixes up with running, dancing and moves using an exercise ball. Also, she does NOT have a live-in trainer as so many tabloids have falsely reported.
"I feel my body bouncing back," she told Peoplemag last month. "Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I'm seeing it come back. You just have to work at it," she insists.

Egg whites for breakfast
A protein shake or fresh sliced turkey with capers for lunch
Edamame or cucumbers with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon, or berries or a green apple for a snack
Yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi for dinner
