yoga momTrying to stay fit and Zen is no easy task--especially as a new mom. Texas mom and yoga lover Carlee Benear makes it look easy, all while breastfeeding her 1-month-old baby named Maramaylee. Her moves are magical! Seriously, these positions are hard to do on your own let alone with a baby attached! Take a look at some of her craziest positions.

Benear seems to find peace from her meditation moment. "In our prophecies it is told that we are now at the crossroads: Either unite spiritually as a global nation, or be faced with chaos, disasters, diseases, and tears from our relatives’ eyes," she shares.

"She helps me breath easy, she helps me dig deeper, she helps me stay connected to us both as I move within my mind and body," she writes. That sounds about right!
