"You think you have a schedule, but it will change every two to three months. Also, hold your child constantly to make him feel secure," she told me.

"Try to give him a bath at 11 p.m., then feed him. He should sleep at least four to five hours after that," she said. Well, at first this didn't work on Toñito, but now it does! I swear by this advice!
