A nanny in charge of a 6-year-old girl was giving her a bath when she noticed she had wounds in her private parts. Immediately, she alerted the little girl's father who must have been devastated when she told him she had been sexually assaulted by a group of 11-year-old boys in her school in Mexico! The girl said she'd gone to the bathroom after school and one of the boys grabbed her and raped her while the others kept guard at the door. Can you believe this?

Luckily, the father was smart enough to take his daughter to the doctor and then to the police where it was confirmed that she was a rape victim. Armed with this evidence, the man tried to file a complaint against the four boys, but was faced with resistance when her daughter's testimony was doubted despite the medical proof. Leave it to the Mexican government to doubt a victim of rape!

Although the dad was finally able to file a complaint and the case is currently under investigation, it doesn't look promising because they're all minors. In other words, despite the severity of their crime, they won't be punished because of their age.

To make matters even worse, the four boys have been allowed to stay in school as if nothing ever happened. I don't know if the little girl has gone back to school, but I hope her father has taken her out because I can't imagine the poor little thing having to see her attackers on a daily basis.

I have no idea how a bunch of 11-year-old boys come up with the idea to rape a 6-year-old girl. It scares me to death to think that boys that young can be so heartless and brutal. Can you imagine what they'll be capable of doing in a few years when they're 16. And what about when they become adults?

My heart breaks for this little girl and the message the Mexican justice system is sending her by not punishing her perpetrators. Horrifying!
