Jennifer Lopez sells $27 million NYC penthouse

It looks like Jennifer Lopez is selling the NYC penthouse she bought back in 2013 for $27 million. The luxury boutique condominium is part of The Whitman Mansion, located on East 26th street and features over 6,600 square feet of interior space with 3,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space. According to reports, the sale might have a lot to do with how serious things have become with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez who is also currently looking for a new place. We can't but wonder if they're planning to buy a new home together in NYC.

J.Lo's now former apartment is huge! The luxury penthouse has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space spread across four different terraces that overlook the Big Apple's gorgeous Madison Square Park. To put it in perspective, this apartment is so ginormous, it spans the entire length of a New York City block. It features everything from a gorgeous custom kitchen, wide plan rift oak floors, Italian marble slab in the bathrooms, and a smart home system. Could you imagine what her next place is going to be like?

Here's a look at the glamorous apartment J.Lo is currently putting back on the market!

Her apartment is massive. 1

It features 6,600 square feet of interior space with 3,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space. Now that's a lot of space, especially for NYC!

The living room is the size of most of our homes alone. 2

Perfect for hosting family gatherings and playdates for Max and Emme.

She, of course, has a second living room. 3

Which we'd imagine could be used as a family/leisure room.

The kitchen is everything. 4

This look like a kitchen made for a chef.

The fridge alone is massive. 5

Seriously, look at the size of that thing!

The dining area is so luxe. 6

It's really made for entertaining, but feels so comfy.

Now this was J.Lo's bathroom. 8

A bathroom designed for a queen.

And of course there's a third bathroom. 9

Maybe this one was for Max and Emme?

The master bedroom is life. 10

Imagine waking up to this gorgeous view of one of her four outdoor terraces.

The terrace is huge. 11

This is 3,000 square feet of terrace space only. Just saying.

The views are insane. 13

Could you imagine having this kind of view?

You can throw events out here. 14

Which I'm pretty sure she did.

Every angle of this terrace space is amazing. 15

And did you peep the dope furniture?
