Jennifer Lopez has been our body goals for a while now. The Puerto Rican actress broke the mold for Hollywood stars and turned curves into something everybody wanted. It's been more than 20 years since we first met her and J.Lo is still inspiring all of us to be our best selves in mind, body and spirit--but especially, our bodies. She somehow always manages to look so good

When Jen first started out she was slim, with a small waist, round hips and a big booty and we all loved that about her. She still hasn't lost her curves over the years but now she's more in shape, muscular and stronger than ever! At 49, the singer has kicked up her workout routine up a notch and it totally shows.

The World of Dance judge is nearing the end of her Las Vegas residency, All I Have, and she shared an impressive photo of herself to show how far she has come. She revealed that she had some doubts before the show started years ago, but it was a promise to herself that kept her going.

"Feeling like superwoman after the show tonight! When I started this run I thought omg 15 shows in 27 days that's a lot. But I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it...I will work out and be in the best shape of my life," she captioned the Instagram snap. "There were moments I was tired and there was travel and I had to fit in my workouts where I could... but here we are with only 3 shows left!! And I am having so many emotions but mostly just feeling strong, happy and grateful!!!"

Her drive, passion and motivation has inspired so many women to fight hard for their dreams and to be their best selves--and she will continue to do so. While most people wouldn't pay any attention to how a woman's arms look, I find that it's sometimes the most beautiful aspect of someone's physique. It takes knowing how HARD you have to work to attain these type of muscles to truly appreciate how incredible Jen looks. It makes me want to do an extra set of pushups during my next gym session.

Obviously, her booty will take center focus in this pic, but look how incredibly chiseled her shoulders are! She's ready for off-the-shoulder necklines year round.

She for sure has runners' legs but all the dancing through the years has kept hers looking toned but still shapely. 


Is J.Lo immune to cellulite? 13

Probably not but I'm sure all that dancing around she does sure keeps the cellulite away.

This is in no particular way meant to throw shade at Iggy Azalea but Jen, who is around 20 years older that the rapper, looked absolutely perfect in this video and kept the crown as the queen of the booties.
