As much as I love the holidays, I can't handle the post-overindulging guilt that kicks in days after. The endless pernil, arroz con guandules, and cocktails might seem satisfying for a few days, but that feeling immediately goes away a couple of days later. Fortunately, there are ways to get yourself back on track after a holiday binge. Here are a few tricks and tips to help keep you on track throughout the new year.
