Exercise isn't our favorite word, but we all know that staying healthy is important for longevity and living a generally happier life. If you're not all that thrilled with the number on the scale at the moment, it's also a good way to help maintain or continue your weight loss. Luckily, you don't have to spend an hour sweating at the gym in order to reap the benefits. Instead, incorporate one of these easy 10-minute exercises into your day and you'll be feeling like a million bucks in no time.

When it comes to the easiest and most FUN form of exercise, forget Zumba class and just go ahead and dance it out with your fave tunes. You're going to be watching TV with your hubby or gal pals anyway, so form a dance party and get a little exercise during those pesky commercial breaks.

It may not be anyone's favorite, but dishes are just a fact of life. You can make them a little bit more entertaining while also giving yourself the behind of champions, if you just take a break and do squats while unloading that dishwasher. Go ahead, and you'll be getting two birds with one stone!

There's an easy way to work on that flatter tummy, and it has nothing to do with cutting out all of those carbs we love. Instead, do easy ab exercises when you're driving. Simply squeeze your muscles, hold for 5 seconds and then let go. Do this for 10 minutes while stuck in traffic and say hello to that six-pack.

Okay, this one is a little risqué, but when ELSE are you supposed to find time for yoga?! Air dry after your shower in the mornings (or at night) and indulge in little stretches. And if your hubby catches you--well, don't be too surprised if you're in for ANOTHER kind of cardio, too.

You already know that your pup simply LOVES going for daily walks, and you've probably heard that people with dogs tend to have a lower weight because of that extra walking. Well, indulge Fido while trimming your waist by going on double the walks you usually would. And hey, it's FUN!

Burpees may be the most hated form of exercise (if you've done one, you know exactly what we're talking about), but they can be at least a *little bit* more entertaining if you do them in between cleaning sessions. Finished with the kitchen? Do a burpee set! Move on to the bathroom? ANd another!

Take a break from work and walk to meet a buddy at lunch. 7

You have to take time off during the day for lunch *anyway*, so why not do it in a much more fun way? Find a buddy who works nearby and then, instead of driving or taking public transporation to meet her for some gal pal bonding time, take the 10 minutes and simply WALK to her. It'll be much more fun anyway AND you'll get the vitamin D boost.

Okay, so these exercises won't exactly make you thinner – but they WILL improve a certain other part of your life. If you're not in the know yet, kegel exercises involve squeezing your pelvic floor muscles (the ones you use to pee) and are known for making things, ahem, tigher down there and therefore improving the time you have between the sheets.
