After giving birth to Milan in 2013, Shakira got her post-body back by slowly returning to her fitness routine. Her trainer Kaiser revealed that Shakira would work out 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. After a few weeks, she kicked that up to an hour twice a day.

Shakira loves to show off her toned abs, but she doesn't get them by speeding up the process. "Two minutes of ab work isn't enough," she told Self. Focus on completing two sets of 15 reps per side if you want abs like these.
