4 Secrets to Jennifer Lopez's perfect booty revealed

Now we all want her ass and her celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson is revealing exactly how to get it!

Not only is she dancing her butt off (pun intended), but her booty looks as toned and tight as ever. I've never seen a butt in such good shape in my entire life! But now her secret is out. Aside from being blessed with really good genes, Jennifer also trains with celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson for at least an hour every day. Want to know how to get a booty just like J.Lo's? She switches up her workout: Tracy has Jennifer do a combination of 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes muscular structure daily. But it's never the same thing. "We change the workout every 10 workouts," Tracy says. "That's the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days."
She works out every day: For most of us non-celebs this is pretty impossible, but according to Tracy how J.Lo keeps her big butt so toned is by working out literally every single day. She won't go more than a day without exercising and even that is rare. Wow!
She keeps her curves: Tracy designs workouts for J.Lo that helps to keep and enhance her natural curves. "Her workouts have to give her the ability to have endurance for the show," she added. "We don't want to change her sexy body and I wanted to design a workout to keep her sexy butt toned."
She eats healthy: "She follows a plant-based diet but it's not extremely strict," an insider told HollywoodLife.com. "She does include salads on the side of most meals. She did the 22-Day Vegan Challenge and kept going. She has slowly been adding some foods back into her diet. She doesn't drink, she doesn't smoke and she eats well."
