Chiqui Delgado has always worked hard for what she wants--and that includes the spectacular body that she's so famous for. In fact, she's even admitted that at some point in her career she used to wake up at the crack of dawn to exercise.  "It's just natural for me. I love sports, Pilates, tennis. I do it more for the health benefits than for beauty reasons," confesses the TV host who's become a fan of boxing and yoga to maintain her gorgeous curves.

However, what most caught my attention was her diet: Chiquinquirá is not the type to deprive herself of anything, but she definitely knows how to control herself. "I love my country's traditional dishes. I eat them on special occasions like Christmas or New Year's... even though if I'm really in the mood for them, I'll eat some tequeños and that's that," she says and laughs.

Seriously, though, the also actress and model's dietary regimen is nothing out of this world. In fact, I consider it one of the most "normal" ones when it comes to the world of celebrities and entertainment. Are you dying to know what it is? Well Chiqui herself reveals it right here:

Breakfast: "I wake up very early so I usually make shakes with any fruit or veggie I find in the fridge. I love juices. I feel they give me energy and they're super nutritious."

Mid-morning: "I can't live without coffee. Once in a while I'll eat arepitas, but I usually eat protein and fruits."

Lunch: "I try to keep it balanced. I include a carbohydrate, a protein and tons of vegetables... the basics. Usually, fish or chicken. I stopped eating red meats years ago. But there's always olives and cheese in my fridge."

Dinner: "My dinners are light and consist of proteins and vegetables. Zero carbohydrates. I can't live without chocolate. I'm addicted! If I'm hungry at night, I'll drink a whey protein shake made with water."

There you have it. A simple diet that promises to give you Chiquinquirá Delgado's body. I don't know about you, but I'm thinking Jorge Ramos' girlfriend is not giving us her real secret to the fountain of youth.
