Here's what you need to do:

Get a quick workout in: Get in a jog, dance session, or some gym time to burn some of those calories you ate last night. It will get your metabolism going, which means you'll be preventing weight gain from happening in the first place.

Eat breakfast: You may think not eating after a night of stuffing your face would be a bad idea. It's quite the contrary as the key is to make sure your stomach is full enough to feel satisfied. Opt for a healthy breakfast such as oatmeal or whole wheat toast.

Drink lots of water: Cleanse your system by drinking water to clear out any toxins from the rich food you had the night before. For an even powerful cleanser add lemon, cucumber, and mint to the beverage.

Eliminate sugar, caffeine, processed foods: You consumed plenty of this before and in order for the detox to work, you need to avoid foods with these ingredients.

Eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits: Increasing alkaline foods such as your favorite fresh fruits and veggies to fill you up with fiber and eliminate any toxins your body may have.
