I don't know about you, but part of me STILL feels full from all that holiday feasting. Between my family's huge dinner on Christmas Eve, big brunch on Christmas Day, all the leftovers and then another round of food for New Year's, it seemed like we were non-stop eating for a week straight.

But now that the holidays are over, it's time to return to our normal diets and exercise routine. And since I know it can be hard to find the energy to hit the gym after all of the partying, I decided to ask for help! This week on MamásLatinas Knows Best, we once again recruited personal trainer Monica Vazquez for tips on staying fit. In the video below, she demonstrates four easy-to-follow exercises that will help whip you back into shape, as well as shares her own tricks on staying motivated and meeting your fitness goals.
