Grilling is absolutely one of my favorite parts of summer. When the weather is warm and I can get outside, I tend to grill just about anything I can get my hands on: pineapple and mangoes for dessert, sofrito grilled bread for family gatherings, rum-soaked fruit skewers just because, chili-lime vegetarian tacos for dinner, Latin burgers and anything else I can think of.
