5 Grilling mistakes that are bad for your health
Grilling is absolutely one of my favorite parts of summer. When the weather is warm and I can get outside, I tend to grill just about anything I can get my hands on: pineapple and mangoes for dessert, sofrito grilled bread for family gatherings, rum-soaked fruit skewers just because, chili-lime vegetarian tacos for dinner, Latin burgers and anything else I can think of.
Grilling isn't ALL fun and games, though. There are some mistakes you can make—mistakes that can actually be quite bad for your health, according to a new report from the Boston Globe. 1. Not wiping down grills
It's possible that bristles can fall off the brush and be ingested later, so make sure to ALWAYS wipe your grills down with a wet cloth to catch any stray ones.
