Banana and oatmeal smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 Cup of greek yogurt
1 Cup fat-free soy milk or rice milk
1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
4 teaspoons flaxseeds
100% natural honey to taste
ice

Directions:
Add all ingredients, except for the ice cubes, to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smoothie consistency is achieved.
