Latin Crock-Pot: Try these easy layered huevos rancheros for breakfast

Making breakfast in the crock pot the night before may not be quite as nice as getting breakfast in bed, but it's pretty close. You still get to wake up to some yumminess!!!

I may have gotten a tad excited when I came across this layered huevos rancheros Crock-Pot recipe. I'm just not a morning person. I try to be, but I'm not. When I get up, it takes me a while to warm up and I really don't feel like cooking much. Lately, I don't even feel like making coffee, I just set up the coffee pot the night before on a timer and wake up to brewed coffee. So, the idea of waking up and having breakfast already cooked appeals greatly to my grouchy morning persona.
