It's National Fritter Day! And, well, I'm here to tell you that there is NOTHING quite like Latino fritters. They're delicious and simply impossible to resist. Just thinking about my abuelita's croquetas de jamón is making my mouth water right now.

The only way to truly celebrate today is to have one of these absolutely amazing 9 classic Latin fritters.
