Hispanic Heritage Month: 21 Recipes from all of our countries!

Well, we just had a DELICIOUS month, didn't we? Yesterday was, unfortunately, the last day of Hispanic Heritage Month. However, just because the official month of celebration is over doesn't mean we have to give up our Latino pride, right? And what's better than celebrating our culture with the 21 traditional recipes from ALL of our countries that I've shared these past 30 days?

No matter where you came from or what country's food you've been dying to try, there's a recipe here for everyone. From appetizers (like Puerto Rican alcapurrias) to a full entrée (like Venezuelan pabellón criollo) to an amazing dessert (like Brazilian chocolate fudge truffles, a.k.a. brigadeiros), indulge your love of Latin food with these amazing dishes.
