Demi Lovato is starting 2020 off on the right foot. We're just two weeks into the new year, and the singer has already had two huge announcements regarding her career. The NFL announced on Thursday, January 16, that she will be performing the national anthem at this year's Super Bowl.

Super Bowl LIV is scheduled to be played on Sunday, February 2, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The Grammy nominee will be joining other singers before her--like Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Jennifer Hudson, and Lady Gaga--who have performed "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the championship game. This marks one of Demi's first returns to the stage after her terrifying health scare in 2018, and it looks like she's kicking things back into gear in a major way.
