The life of a working mom can be hard, and no one knows that more than Cardi B. The rapper became pregnant with daughter Kulture at the height of her career and while many doubted her and some questioned her decision to have a baby at the time, she has continued to succeed. But it hasn't been easy. In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Cardi opened up about the challenges of motherhood when you have a thriving career, but it seems as if her response was misconstrued.

After a clip of her interview was published online, Cardi took to Instagram to fire back at Access Hollywood after it reported that she had said that her daughter refers to someone else as "mommy" due to her busy schedule. In her angry response, Cardi denied saying that and slammed them for using her baby as clickbait. Warning: Her reaction is definitely NSFW.

The video was taken down from the website.

It was the now-deleted video's title and description that seemed to rub Cardi the wrong way. "Cardi B Admits Baby Kulture Calls Someone Else 'Mommy' Because She Works So Much: It 'Feels Wack.'" The description read: "Cardi B is opening up about balancing work and motherhood. The Rhythm + Flow judge reveals that she's experienced some consequences of focusing on her career, admitting that 1-year-old daughter Kulture calls someone else 'Mommy.'"

In the interview, she was discussing how she balances work and motherhood.

The rapper was promoting her Netflix show Rhythm + Flow when they asked her about balancing work and mom life. On her Instagram Live she said  that she told the reporter that she does her best to spend as much time as possible with baby Kulture, adding that when you don't spend time with your kids, it "sucks" if they start calling other people "mommy." She then claimed that they had "chopped up" the answer to make it seem like that her daughter is doing so.

Cardi had a loaded and explicit reaction to the video.

Cardi addressed the publication in an explicit, NSFW Instagram Live video in which she claimed Access Hollywood had edited her two-minute long response to make it seem like she said that her daughter someone else "mommy." She slammed the publication for using her and her daughter as clickbait and even wished some rough things on the interviewers, and said she would "spit" on them the next time she spotted them on the red carpet.

The rapper said she felt violated after the interview was published.

She also took to Twitter to talk about the situation and expressed her frustration. She said that she will be taking a hiatus from social media after this situation. "After my bday ..I’m deleting my social media accounts for a while cause a b--ch just OVER IT," she said.

Fans were quick to jump to Cardi's defense.

While some were upset at the profanity-filled reaction Cardi shared and all the insults she spewed at the online publication, her fans seemed to understand where she was coming from. Cardi has made it clear in the past that she takes motherhood seriously, and she has once again proven that her child is not something to play with.
