The rapper is now facing felony charges.
On top of the two felony attempted assault charges, it's also being reported that she is also facing other lesser charges, with some publications reporting she is being indicted on up to 14 charges. It was also reported that her exact charges and the case will remain sealed until her arraignment takes place next week.
Cardi is facing other charges as well.
TMZ is reporting that she is also facing misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy, and harassment. She is due back at a Queens criminal court on June 25.
Cardi's legal troubles started after she was at a strip club in August 2018.
Cardi's people were allegedly involved in a fight with two sisters who worked at the nightclub. It's been reported that Cardi's issues with the women stemmed from her believing that they had been involved with her husband, Offset. Prosecutors say Cardi ordered her entourage to attack the women, and bottles and chairs were thrown inside the establishment.
