There has been a lot of speculation on social media about the baby.
Some fans have speculated online about whether Meghan has already given birth. "What if Meghan Markle already gave birth and we just don't know it," a Twitter user wondered. "I had a dream last night that #MeghanMarkle gave birth at around 3 am, I wish it was true!" another fan tweeted.
Some people believe Meghan's mom landing in London means that the baby is already here.
Doria Ragland left Los Angeles behind and touched down in England. Entertainment Tonight reported on Sunday, April 21, that two sources confirmed to them that the duchess' mom had arrived to be by her daughter's side.
Another hint some fans are investigating is a caption on the couple's official Instagram account.
When thanking people for their donations to their charities of choice in lieu of gifts the couple mentioned their child in the caption for the April 15 post. "On behalf of The Duke and Duchess (and Baby Sussex), we thank you so much," it reads. Does them mention "Baby Sussex" mean that the baby is already here?
Prince Harry attended Easter Sunday service by himself.
The royal family joined Queen Elizabeth on Sunday, April 21, for the traditional Easter Sunday church service at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. Harry was in attendance but his wife was visibly absent from the service.
Meghan's last public appearance was at New Zealand House.
The couple attended an event on March 19 in London to represent the royals following the terror attacks that took place in New Zealand. The following day was said to be the date when Meghan began her maternity leave. Kate Middleton also began her maternity leave exactly a month before she gave birth, which leads some to believe that the former actress's baby has already arrived.
The truth is, the public won't know about the baby's arrival until the parents decide to share the news.
The couple released a statement via Kensignton Palace announcing that they won't make their baby's arrival public right away, unlike Prince William and Kate Middleton who had the world on royal baby watch. “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby,” the statement released earlier this month read. ”Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
They deserve the right to privacy now that they are welcoming their first child. However they choose to share the news is up to them, and we are sure the world will be thrilled to hear that Baby Sussex is finally here, whenever they choose to announce it.
