E! News obtained the documents for the defamation lawsuit that explained what the women said about Cardi.
"While Plaintiff was pregnant, on or around April 13, 2018, Kebe published a video where Kebe stated that as a result of Plaintiff's actions, Plaintiff's then-unborn child may have intellectual disabilities," the documents state about the YouTube vlogger. The lawsuit also states that Starmarie made "false, malicious, and defamatory statements" about the rapper on Instagram Live.
"In the Jones video, Jones made the false, malicious, and defamatory statement that '[Plaintiff] got herpes,'" the lawsuit states, adding that she said that Cardi "took molly and cocaine." The statement continued: "Jones also falsely stated that Plaintiff was engaging in prostitution. Specifically, she stated, referring to Plaintiff, 'I guess they were supposed to have sex, exchange sex for money.'"
Cardi denied all claims regarding prostitution, drug use, and having herpes. The suit also states that the women were given the opportunity to retract their statements, but after they refused to do so, Cardi proceeded with taking legal action and wants the videos removed from the web.
After news broke about the lawsuit, Cardi reportedly addressed it on Instagram.
She took to Instagram saying that she had had enough about the allegations made against her.
"I didn't really wanted to entertain this but ya know me and gossipinthecity never got along for years, and we always go back and forth, but what wrong is wrong and I'm glad she put me up on this," Cardi wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post from Monday, March 25. "This person I'm suing is trying to tarnish my name and spread lies in other people blogs like gossipinthecity. spread all types of disgusting rumors about me and it has gotten worst."
She added: "Stop trying to involve people in your disgusting goal on trying to dirty my name everything you accused me of doing and having will be proven with documents and test in court."
Cardi took to Instagram live to address the vloggers.
Cardi said that the women claimed that she had an STD and have even said negative things about her as a mother and her child Kulture. Cardi said the women have been saying negative things about her mother, claiming her friends are drug users and even that she didn't love her daughter because of the color of her skin.
"So, yes. I will be taking action. For you to claim that I have something and people make fun of me because of a lie--disgusting!" Cardi said. The rapper also revealed she will be writing a book about her side of the story.
Starmarie has made some intense claims about Cardi's past.
Starmarie stopped by Latasha's show and spoke about the time where she allegedly lived with Cardi after they both worked at the same strip club in 2013. Starmarie made claims about the rapper possibly having herpes and sleeping with men for money.
Cardi is also involved in some other drama after an old video of hers resurfaced online.
The hashtag #SurvivingCardiB has been trending on Twitter after an old clip resurfaced of Cardi supposedly saying that she used to "drug" men and then "rob" them. Others are saying that Cardi said "drop" instead of "drug," but some are saying Cardi should be held accountable for taking advantage of men.
Cardi reacted to all the drama by smiling at her haters.
Cardi seemed unfazed by it all and said people "love to hate" her. We'll stay tuned to see how this all unravels.
