The actor listed the stunning Savannah, Georgia mansion for sale at a whopping $8,900,000 in June 2018. The Gone Girl star purchased the property for $7.11 million in 2003, while he was dating the singer. The home is being sold by real estate agency Engel & Volkers.

According to the listing agent, Richard Mopper, the Oscar winner has since been using the estate as a vacation home when he's in the area.
