Nuria took to social media to react to the rumors that Gerard cheated on Shakira with her.
"I could just turn a blind eye and once again let the days go by until everyone forgets about the lies that are being said about me, but this time, I don't feel like it," Nuria wrote on Instagram. "To me, it's unbelievable to see how made-up news end up causing all types of reactions and value judgments about me. With nothing further to add, let's continue enjoying life".
So far, neither Shakira nor Gerard has addressed these new cheating rumors.
The couple has neither confirmed nor denied these new rumors about their relationship. And the last time we saw the two together was on this snap the soccer player shared on March 30, where he is biting Shakira's ear.
Last year, Nuria finally broke her silence about her painful breakup with Gerard.
In an interview with Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia, Nuria made it very clear that she has forgiven Gerard for the pain he caused her.
"Gerard is a very good person and you have to wish good people the best. It's been years since the wound healed and it's been years that I wish him the best," the actress said in July 2017, seven years after their breakup. And, when asked if she dances to Shakira's songs, Nuria replied: "Of course I do!"
Shakira announced her breakup with Antonio in January 2011.
By then, Gerard had already broken up with Nuria. And then, just one month after announcing her breakup with Antonio, Shakira confirmed her relationship with Gerard.
It's already been seven years, and even though there are constant breakup rumors surrounding their relationship, Shakira and Gerard seem like they're still going strong. Well, at least that's what we think and hope.
