What a lot of people don't know is that while she was being her fabulous self on stage, Cardi is being sued by her ex-manager for $10 million for breach of contract and defamation, and not even that stopped her from giving a kick-ass performance. You go, girl!

According to TMZ, Klenord Raphael —known in the music industry as Shaft— claims he began working with the singer in 2015, helping her go from an Instagram star to a music superstar. In the lawsuit, filed April 26, her former manager says he taught her to navigate the music industry and helped her get on VH1's Love & Hip Hop. And it doesn't stop there, Shaft says also claims his contacts and personal team of writers and producers are responsible for her megahit, "Bodak Yellow." So far, the singer has not commented on this lawsuit.

On Wednesday, the singer announced she’s canceling several scheduled shows to concentrate on her pregnancy.

Broccoli Fest, taking place this weekend in Washington, D.C., will be her final performance "for a little while... because, you know, shorty keep growing and I be looking like I be moving and everything, but in reality, a bitch barely can breathe," she said.

We will definitely miss seeing her on stage, but of course her pregnancy comes first.
