According to Spain's La Vanguardia, Shakira has filed a complaint with the police in Barcelona where she accused a specific paparazzi of following and harassing her and her children--five-year-old Milan and three-year-old Sasha-- for over two years. The Colombian singer claims that the photographer has gotten more aggressive in recent months, and the details are disturbing.

The paparazzi is allegedly on Shakira’s case the moment she leaves her home, following her day and night.
