We jumped for joy when news broke that Prince Harry and bi-racial and American actress Meghan Markle were officially engaged. But a wedding date hadn't been confirmed and we were dying to know when. Well, it turns out we don't have to do too much guessing because Kensington Palace announced this Friday morning that the two will marry on May 19, 2018 and we really couldn't be more excited!

The beautiful couple will be marrying this spring at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle and it’s going to be lovely.

The location was also confirmed by Kensington Palace via Twitter this morning.

According to BBC, the Royal Family will be paying for the wedding. Mind you, that includes everything from the wedding service, the reception, music flowers--the works! We wonder if that includes Meghan’s wedding gown too! Imagine?

The couple announced their engagement back in November. A statement was released by Kensington Place.

The only details we had at the time was that the wedding was going to “take place in spring 2018.”
