Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have a very healthy relationship as exes but it wasn't always that way. In fact, things were pretty tense between the two of them immediately after their divorce in 2011. But during a recent appearance on Spotify's Viva Latino! podcast, Jennifer shared how her and Marc were able to repair their relationship over the years.

Interestingly enough, Jennifer credits her upcoming Spanish-language album Por Primera Vez, which she worked on with Marc, for why they get along so well now.
"It actually kind of repaired certain parts of our relationship that had been fractured from our marriage and our divorce and it kind of made us friends again," she said. 'Because when we first started working together, it's how we met … we met working. And so we remembered that we connect on this level of music. And that's what the album came out of."
Not only have they've been super supportive of each other's professional careers but they've also been there for each other for personal things, too. In fact, Jennifer even recorded a version of Marc's "Vivir Mi Vida" that was specifically a tribute to his mother who passed away this July. How sweet is that?
"The first thing that came to my mind, because Marc's mom had just passed away, you know, my kid's grandma, was 'Vivir Mi Vida.' And I thought, 'I think that's a good song to sing right now," Jennifer said. "But in a different way. Not in the kind of up-tempo, rhythmic, salsa way that Marc did it, but in a way where you really hear the words to the song, which is, you know, you have one life and you have to live."
Here's a look at their wonderful relationship!
