WATCH: Demi Lovato & Luis Fonsi tease their collab & it's fire!
Luis Fonsi and Demi Lovato have been teasing us with this for days, but the Boricua singer and the Mexican American star finally gave us a taste of their new collaboration and OMG! It's so good and so hot, it's going to for sure make it to all the playlists of the holiday season, and not only at Latino parties.
It all started with this "What's up Demi?" from Luis Fonsi. She replied "Hey Fonsi," and it was impossible not to get excited. These two Latino powerhouses were up to something, and knowing their talent, it seemed big.
And now we finally know. They recorded a new song called "Échame la culpa" (Blame me). Yes, the song is in Spanish. It's about a break up and they sing to each other like lovers saying goodbye.
Of course, since we are Latinos, even when our heart is breaking, we are dancing, so we can expect some cool moves from these two in the music video.
Here's the sneak peek of the song and tell me that it doesn't sound very, very promising. You heard it. That is Demi singing in Spanish, which she hasn't done since the 2011 Latin Grammys, when she sang "Solamente tú" with Pablo Alborán.
We can't wait for it to drop on Friday!
