Blac Chyna gave her first exclusive interview to 'Good Morning America' and said she felt "devastated" about Rob's actions. 1
She sat alongside her lawyer Lisa Bloom and said, "The moral of the story is he doesn’t respect me, so if you can’t respect me, you have to respect the law."
Blac Chyna also cleared up that she didn't have baby Dream out of spite and she did love Rob at one point. She added that the former couple split in December.
The 29-year-old model has also filed a restraining order against Rob. 2
A court hearing is scheduled for today in Los Angeles. Blac Chyna claims that Rob kept "poking at her" and wouldn't leave her alone, which prompted her to send him a video of herself being intimate with another man.
That other man is Rarri True, and he reportedly returned all his expensive gifts for Blac Chyna following all of the madness. 3
According to TMZ, Rarri, also known as Ferrari, dropped $34,850 on a Rolex for Blac Chyna, but that wasn't all. He also spent $56,500 for a gold necklace and $32,250 for diamond earrings. Once all of this went down, he decided to return it all. "Ferrari says he doesn't want to be a sucker like Rob was, so he's out," the report said.
Rob has reportedly moved on with curvy model Yanique 'Curvy Diva' Barrett. 5
No word on how serious it is, but MediaTakeOut! claims that they have been "cozying up" with the Jamaican beauty. He may want to take some time alone, no?
Rapper TI responded to Rob's claims that he paid Blac Chyna to have a threesome with his former partner Tiny. 6
"Don't tell women's business. That's bad. That's very, very bad. It's poor character," he told TMZ over the weekend. Ouch! Notice he didn't deny it!
Rob's lawyer Rob Shapiro has commented on behalf of his client. 7
He told TMZ that Rob's cyberbullying last week was "a spontaneous reaction that he regrets." He also added that Rob's main concern is the well-being of Dream.
Blac Chyna has since been reunited with her daughter. 8
The custody agreement is currently that Blac Chyna has Dream from Thursday to Sunday and Rob gets his daughter from Sunday to Thursday. Rob didn't bring Dream back last week after the debacle.
“[Chyna] will never see Dream again unless u stop the alcohol and drugs and cocaine and X and E,” he shared in a now deleted post. Despite the allegations, Blac Chyna was seen with baby Dream over the weekend.
Rob has since taken down all of the explicit images. 9
In addition, Rob's lawyer will show up to court today on behalf of his client. It's also reported that he has no plans to contest the restraining order.
