Let's pause for a sec and reflect on the madness meltdown Rob Kardashian had yesterday. Seriously, WTF was he thinking posting private nude photos of his ex Blac Chyna all over social media? What Rob did violated California's revenge porn law and Chyna's attorney is definitely after him. Aside from the thousands of dollars he might have to pay Chyna, he could also quite possibly face jail time. Where in the world was Kris Jenner when this all went down?

More from MamásLatinas: Rob Kardashian just posted nude pics of Blac Chyna on IG & it's NOT okay!

I cringed a little--actually, more like a lot--when I saw nude photos of Blac Chyna pop up all over Rob Kardashian's Instagram early Wednesday morning. There was everything from pictures of her nipples, her butt, even her vagina-- all of which Rob made sure to harshly mock and criticize. My first thought when I saw the explicit photos with the crazy explicit captions was: Oh, he just exposed her. This is revenge porn. He can go to jail for this. Apparently I was right.

In case you haven't heard: Rob literally had a social media meltdown yesterday morning, posting multiple explicit photos of Chyna, while claiming she had allegedly cheated on him with a number of men. He even posted a video of Chyna kissing another man.

We get it. She cheated on you. She did you dirty. She made you look like a fool. But Rob looked even more foolish putting his business out there into the internet. Did it really not cross his mind that Chyna could take legal action?

In fact, Rob better watch his back because Chyna's attorney Walter Mosley is already on it. According to People.com, he's currently investigating legal action that can be taken against Rob.

"I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed," Mosley said.

A legal expert told People that Rob could actually face serious criminal charges for exposing such explicit images of his ex.

"This is sort of the classic, quintessential revenge porn," Carrie Goldberg, attorney and founder of internet abuse and sexual consent firm C.A. Goldberg, PLLC said. "Rob has made the work of a prosecutor or a victim's attorney quite easy so far as to even post about the very motive behind his outrageous act of posting these private and nude photos of his ex. According to Goldberg, "the allegation of infidelity does not give someone the right to seek revenge in such a devastating way."

And frankly, it shouldn't.

It's insane to me that someone who comes from such a business-savy family and who has mico-manager Kris Jenner as a mom, doesn't know the seriousness of revenge porn. He also lives in California, where revenge porn was made a crime back in 2013 under the California Penal Code. According to Goldberg, Rob can face up to six months in jail along with a fine. Was that rant really worth it Rob?

I'm not by any means excusing Chyna's behavior or her infidelity, but that doesn't excuse what Rob did. His highly invasive and slut-shaming rant was violating on so many levels. He can say whatever he wants about Chyna at this point, but he basically proved to the world that he's the epitome of a dirt bag. Not even Kris Jenner and her management magic can get him out of this one. He dug this grave and it's about to get ugly.

Rob is about to make Blac Chyna even richer.
