Selena was only 23 when she passed away but had already accomplished so much, from achieving success in music, crossing over to the English music market, designing her own fashion line, owning a beauty salon, and winning her first Grammy for Best Mexican/American Album in 1993.

Part of the reason why we still look up to Selena today is because she had an iconic style that we will never be able to forget. She was the queen of bustiers and dramatic bell bottoms.
She never gave up on her dreams. 6
It didn’t matter what obstacles came her way, Selena never gave up on her dreams. “Always believe that the impossible is always possible,” is a quote she is still remembered for saying.
