Marc Anthony & Shannon de Lima's divorce gets postponed: here's what we know
Shannon de Lima and Marc Anthony's divorce has been postponed. The former couple announced their split in November. There was some speculation that they were trying to get their divorce expedited in the Dominican Republic, where they got married, but that proved not to be the case. Instead, Anthony filed for divorce on December 16 in a Miami courthouse. The proceeding was scheduled for today, but they were a no show. Here's what went down.

According to Univision, both De Lima and Anthony didn't show up to court this morning. Reportedly, judge Sarah I. Zabel, Anthony's lawyer Paul Leinoff and De Lima's attorney also didn't make an appearance. What exactly is going on here?
What we do know is that the date was postponed to another time. However, the reason behind the rescheduled hearing is unknown. We also don't know the new court date that has been set in place. Could there have been a change of heart? I sincerely doubt it.
I think that De Lima and Anthony probably wanted to avoid the media circus that was going to take place in front of the court. What we do know is that the Venezuelan beauty recently celebrated her 28th birthday on January 6 and doesn't seem to be stressing her split one bit. What I'm curious about is how much money De Lima will receive in alimony.
This story is going to keep developing.
