Kim Kardashian reveals that she suffers from anxiety
It looks like anxiety runs in the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Kylie Jenner has opened up about it in the past, and apparently Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner suffer from it, too. On a recent episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim and Kendall share their struggles with it. It's a lot more serious than you'd think.

"I've been having anxiety lately," Kim said in the clip. "I am not this person." Kim expresses her concerns over her anxiety and her sister Kendall's sleep paralysis to her mom Kris Jenner. Apparently Kendall's condition has gotten so bad she's even afraid to fly alone on a plane.
"My mind does go crazy," Kim added. Kris suggests that the two girls consider seeing a therapist and they do later in the same episode. "I really pride myself in fully having my sh- together all the time," Kim says to the camera. "With how bad things are with Kendall, she has to get this under control." She even goes on to explain how the anxiety even affects her driving.
"I think about it all the time, it drives me crazy," Kim said. "I just want to get past my anxiety and live life … I never had anxiety and I want to take back my life."
What people don't realize is, anxiety is something that can literally affect anyone and at any point in their lives. In fact, according to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, 40 million American adults are affected by the disorder. It's definitely smart that Kim and Kendall were trying to be proactive about taking care of their anxiety by seeing a specialist, learning coping mechanisms, and practicing meditation. Mind you, this episode was shot long before Kim's Paris robbery. So I can't even imagine that kind of anxiety she's been experiencing since. It's pretty scary stuff.
