WATCH: Heart-wrenching moment Jenni Rivera's kids have to say good-bye to their old house
Earlier this year, Jenni Rivera's kids (Chiquis, Jacqie, Mikey, Jenicka and Johnny) were faced with the tough decision to sell their late mother's mansion. The Rivera family home was bought by Nick and Vanessa Lachey for $4.15 million. On this week's upcoming episode of The Riveras, we get to see just how emotional the five siblings felt about bidding farewell to La Diva de la Banda's dream home.

"Now that the house is sold, it literally just hit me. Like, wow, we have to move out," says Chiquis in the promo clip. The mansion, located in a gated community in Encino, California, sits on four acres of land and features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
In a previous episode, Chiquis mentions that the family was not in a financial position to continue paying for the mortgage on the house. Jenni purchased the home in 2008 for $3.3 million, the LA Times previously reported.
Moving out was a painful process that Jenni's kids just were not prepared for. Realistically, there's no way to be unaffected by this. They had to bid farewell to the home their mother cherished. The process of moving out a bunch of her personal possessions was probably even tougher on them.
From watching the teaser, it's obvious just how much they miss their mom and treasure her memory.
"It hurts, but we all need this," says Mikey. That's what's so amazing about the Rivera kids. Their emotional and spiritual strength gets them through almost anything. They also have each other and hold on tight to their siblings no matter what.
Here is Jacqie crying over Chiquis while little brother Johnny watches over. It really doesn't get more real than this and we can all relate in our own way.
