Since its launch last year, Kylie's famous lip kits have been notorious for selling out within minutes. The Better Business Bureau doesn't care about the hype, though. They rated the teen's cosmetic company an "F" for receiving over 100 costumer complaints and failing to "resolve underlying causes of a pattern of complaints." The BBB also notes that most of the complaints are delivery and product-related problems.
