Blue Ivy's hair gets dissed again & it needs to STOP
It looks like Chris Brown's on-and-off girlfriend, Karrueche Tran (Not Rihanna), has found herself in one big, ugly mess. The 26-year-old made an appearance on BET's 106 & Park on Monday where she helped host and apparently participated in a skit called "Top Six Things Blue Ivy Thought at The VMAs." But she took one joke a little too far when she dissed the toddler's hair and the backlash has been INSANE!

What is everyone's issue with baby Blue Ivy's hair? I really don't get it. First that nasty Change.org petition and now this. In the skit, Karrueche (pictured below) pretended to be Blue and said: "I really did wake up like this, because my parents never comb my hair," then she laughed and said. "Sorry Blue! I love you." Now that's just mean. How do you hate on a toddler's hair like that?
Karrueche must have felt a little guilty because she took to Twitter later that day to apologize.
"Now y'all know I LOVE me some Beyonce and Blue Ivy! I didn't write this script y'all lol." But I guess that apology came a little too late because BET was already under fire by then. And now, rumor has it 106 & Park has been suspended for the rest of the week.
According to BET's President of Music Programming and Specials, Stephen Hill, this was not Karrueche's fault. Supposedly she didn't see the revised script that added the MTV VMAs coverage until it appeared on the teleprompter live. He even issued a statement on Twitter saying:
Last night on 106 & Park there was a stupid, unthoughtful joke made about a young child. We apologize publicly to the child's parents (and have done so privately) and we have taken punitive actions with those responsible. It was very bad judgement and we will serve you much better in the future. Oh, and please don't hate on Karrueche; it was NOT her fault. We also apologize to her for putting her in that position.
Karrueche wound up posting another apology on Instagram after receiving nasty comments and death threats from angry fans. Wow, I'm not even mad at Karrueche. This really wasn't her fault and her apology seems very sincere. I'm upset at the tasteless writer who thought it was okay to poke fun at a baby's hair. Everyone's needs to chill out and just let Blue Ivy's natural curls be!
