Michelle Rodriguez & Cara Delevingne to star in 'Thelma and Louise' remake?!
Michelle Rodriguez and Cara Delevingne have been inseparable lately and now, it seems they're taking their friendship to the big screen! Rumor has it that the two are going to star in a remake of the classic flick, Thelma and Louise.
According to The Sun, the 35-year-old Fast and Furious actress has been in talks of doing a reprise of the film since late last year. And now that the two have become so close, reports claim that Rodriguez lined up a screen test for the British supermodel as well! Huh...well, that would certainly be an unexpected choice!

"Michelle is heavily in demand to take the lead after her success in The Fast And The Furious," a source told the newspaper. "A few names have been mentioned as her co-star, including Kristen Stewart, Annalynne McCord and Leighton Meester--but Michelle is pushing for Cara."
To be honest, I not entirely sure how to feel about this. Thelma and Louise is one of those beloved films that would be hard to remake with anyone, even the best actors in the world. And Cara doesn't have any experience acting in a real film. On the other hand, we know that these two will have great chemistry on screen since they're already such good friends. Plus, they're both gorgeous, funny, and a little wild, just like the famous characters themselves. I wonder who would play Thelma and who would play Louise?!
Still, there's no use speculating too much just yet. It sounds as if producers are still in the early stages of casting, which means it'll probably be a while before we hear any official confirmations about the roles. Either way, I'm excited to hear that a remake is in the works!
