Glee's Cory Monteith tribute: Naya Rivera's performance & more heartfelt moments
Last night, Glee said goodbye to Cory Monteith and his character, Finn Hudson, in "The Quarterback," an emotional episode that had most people in tears from the moment it started. The entire cast, including one of our favorite Latina actresses, Naya Rivera and Monteith's on-and-off screen girlfriend, Lea Michele, gave incredibly raw, heartfelt performances that made viewers feel as if they were mourning right alongside them.
I truly thought both the cast and crew could not have done a better job creating such a touching memorial. And though the entire episode was absolutely beautiful, there were some truly stellar moments that deserve to be recognized.

The show picked up three weeks after Finn's funeral. Despite rumors that the character, like Monteith, would also die from drug abuse, the cause of his death was actually left unknown. In one poignant moment which clearly refers to Monteith's own passing, one of the characters, Kurt (Chris Colfer) says, "Everyone wants to talk about how he dies... But who cares? It's one moment in his whole life. I care more about how he lived."
I couldn't agree more. And that's exactly what this episode did--it commemorated how Finn (and Monteith) lived and how his death impacted everyone around him. Below, check out some of the best, most touching moments from "The Quarterback:"
