Tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy featured a lot of turmoil. No, really, there was barely a happy moment--and a lot of it had to do with post-airplane crash drama and Callie (Sara Ramirez) fighting with where to go from here. In fact, in one of the more dramatic moments all episode, Callie fought visciously with Derek (Patrick Dempsey) after lawyers pressured her to say that he'll never operate again--and it may all be her fault!

To be honest, who WASN'T fighting this episode? Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) got into an argument with Alex (Justin Chambers), who was still upset over what Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) said to him about his life amounting to nothing. Meanwhile, Christina (Sandra Oh) was finally back at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital (yay!) but estranged husband Owen (Kevin McKidd) was worried about her taking on too much.

The biggest part of the episode, though, was the doctors getting together to go ahead with their lawsuit against the aviation company in order to find out what caused their plane to crash. That's when Callie and Derek got into it. She feels that he pushed them not to take the settlement and also to do his surgery but he still can't operate. After going back and forth for a while, though, she finally tells him that they can still do more and he shouldn't give up on surgery until they've exhausted every single option.

Plus, it looks like Callie's home life might FINALLY get better! Wife Arizona is officially back at work--something which put a huge smile on Callie's face. Looks like after a very rocky start to the season, things may be turning around for my favorite Latina doctor.
