Jermaine Paul wins 'The Voice' & other great moments from this season! (VIDEOS)

America has spoken! Last night, Jermaine Paul was crowned the Season 2 winner of The Voice, only four percentage points ahead of runner-up Juliet Simms. The 33-year-old, formerly a professional background singer, had trouble keeping his feelings in check after hearing Carson Daly announce his name as the winner and gave an emotional speech and final performance that left not a dry eye in the house.

After his amazing rendition of "I Believe I Can Fly" the night before, I was not at all surprised when Paul was announced as the champ. In fact, though throughout the competition I was more of a Simms fan myself, I was actually happy with the decision! He has been working towards this point in his career for so long, I feel he really deserves the win. And my eyes totally welled up watching Paul hug his wife as he attempted to sing one last victory song through tears of joy.

It was a long journey for all of the contestants and Paul's win was a great and moving ending to a competition that was chock-full of tumultuous ups and downs. In honor of the show's finale, here are some of the best moments of this season of 'The Voice:'

1. Jermaine Paul sings "I Believe I can Fly"

2. Juliet Simms performs "Roxanne"

3. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton explain their "bromance"

4. Tony Lucca proves he's not "one-dimensional" by taking on famed song of fellow Mouseketeer, Britney Spears

5. Javier Colon returns to The Voice!

6. Purrfect the Cat and Cee-lo Green. No explanation necessary!

And the worst moment was definitely Christina Aguilera making the world uncomfortable with her catty remarks to contestant Tony Lucca! I hope we see her with a much better attitude next season.
