Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan react to news of Whitney Houston's death
Shocking! There is no other way to describe the news of Whitney Houston's tragic death. The superstar was just 48 years old.
While details are very sketchy at the moment, CNN Showbiz Tonight is reporting that the singer was at the Beverly Hilton when she died. The cause is unknown at this time. We can only imagine how this is tragedy is going to affect tomorrow night's Grammy Awards.
Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan were some of the stars who took to Twitter to express their love for the superstar, famous for so many iconic songs, including her unforgettable rendition of the National Anthem (which rose higher on the charts than Jose Feliciano's famous version).

Personally, I am so sad that another of the musical icons of my youth has died way too soon. Thank goodness we have YouTube and we can always hear Whitney's incredible voice.
