I'm your everyday hard working Latina, wife and mother of 3 children. I love giving back to my community. I coach cheerleading for the city of Azusa. Mexican food is a passion of mine. Cooking is not only fun to prepare but it's also good for your soul! As I serve each dish I am reminded of the long time traditional recipes I am continuing for my family. I try to make my meals fun and as easy as possible so that the working momma that comes home tired, wondering "what to make?" will have something new to look forward too!I know I'm Latina when...
I greet everyone with a handshake and a kiss, and I'll try and feed anyone who walks into my home :)

As a mother of two young kids, I find myself constantly running around. That's why recipes like this one for a delicious chicken my kids can't get enough of are real time savers. It's inexpensive, easy to prepare and won't take you more than 30 minutes from begining to end. Enjoy!
The leftovers from last night's dinner were the inspiration for this morning's breakfast. Talk about time saving tricks! Makes life much easier, and gives me another chance to delight my family with some of the Latin flavors we love so much. Take for example the carnitas sandwich you see me preparing in the video here. They were awesome in tortas last night, and today they are great in a quick breakfast sandwich that my kids love too!
