Salma Hayek reveals the amazing beauty trick that helps her look years younger
Salma Hayek is 50 years old. I repeat 50 years old. It's hard to believe, I know. Especially because the Mexican actress doesn't look a day over 30. But the secrets behind her beauty regimen are a lot simpler than you think. In fact, Salma actually does WAY less than expected. She skips a step in her beauty routine that apparently makes all the difference.

The secret behind Salma's radiant and wrinkle-free face is quite simple. She doesn't wash it. Yea, you read that right, she doesn't wash her face, in the mornings anyways. She literally only cleanses her face at night. Interesting, right?
"I never cleanse my skin in the morning," she told the New York Times. "My grandmother taught me that at night your skin replenishes all the things you lost during the day. Also, if I cleanse very well at night, why would it be dirty when I wake up?"
Salma's trick actually does make a ton of sense. Plus, cleansing too much can dry up the skin, and dryness is what ultimately leads to wrinkles and fine lines.
She also does nothing to her hair when she's not working. If you're wondering how she keeps her hair so thick and full at her age, it's because she doesn't heat style at all when she's not filming.
"My hair is curly and wild when I'm not working," she said. That explains why that hair of hers always looks so luscious. She usually air dries. She also doesn't chemically process it and that includes no coloring.
"One of the reasons I don't dye my hair is because I don't have the patience to sit through it," she added. "I don't want to spend what's left of my youth pretending I'm younger and then not enjoying life."
You know what they say: Less is more. And if doing less makes us look anywhere near as good as Salma, we're SO in!
