I try to wash my hair only two or three times a week. I usually let my hair air dry and use a heat protector spray before I curl it. Once a week, I do a deep treatment and every other week I use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of any build up. I just got a hair cut this week and my hair feels so healthy.

I try and use salon shampoos when I can . I always air dry my hair and only flat iron when I go out . I try and keep my hair trimmed regularly but I still have dry hair :( I've been dying to try moroccanoil for the longest. I hear it works wonders! :)

i shampoo my hair 3 to 4 times a week, and condition it everyday. I usually get a haircut about once a month, just to get it trimmed. About once every 2 weeks I will put leave-in conditioner in over night then wash it out in the morning. I have curly hair so I try to keep it really conditioned

I wash it daily, just so I can style it! The love of curly hair :)  I use a serum like BioSilk or Chi daily.  Lots of work but it comes with the territory.  Also trying out dry shampoo :)
