I can't get over how awesome Glee star, Naya Rivera looked tonight at the 2013 SAG Awards. As much as I loved her sexy black Donna Karan gown, my eyes were totally on her gorgeous Hollywood glamour waves. The actress looked classic yet modern in a very Veronica Lake sort of a way. Only Latina of course!  Celebrity hairstylist Clyde Haygood was the man behind Naya's statement-making red carpet look. Dying to learn how to do this look at home? Check out a few of his super simple tips below!

Prep: Clyde began by applying a hair serum, like John Frieda Frizz-Ease Hair Serum Original Formula ($9) to Naya's wet hair before blow-drying. "We wanted defined waves, and this serum blocks out frizz and gives you sleek results," the stylist said.

Style: He then took a 1 ½ inch barrel curling iron and began curling hair section by section and then pinned each curl with duckbill clips. He sprayed a firm hold hairspray to help set the look. Try TIGI Catwalk Work it Medium Firm Hold Hairspray ($13).

Finish: Once curls cooled, Clyed sprayed a few spritizes of John Frieda Frizz-Ease Style Spray Gel ($6) to add more definition and shine. "We also used this gel formula to sculpt the hair away from Naya's face," said Clyde.
